Credentials.
Four of our trial lawyers are fellows of the American
College of Trial Lawyers. Eight are fellows or master fellows of
the Indiana Bar Foundation. Two of our attorneys have been named
fellows of the American Bar Foundation, four were named Indiana
Super Lawyers, and one is listed in the 2005-06 edition of The
Best Lawyers in America.
Track record. Stuart &
Branigin lawyers have served as lead litigation counsel in state
and/or federal courts in 16 states (Alaska, California, Florida,
Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri,
New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas). Our
attorneys have also handled business deals valued from in the tens
of thousands to over $200 million.
Public service. In more than
125 years of operation, Stuart & Branigin has produced two Indiana
Supreme Court justices, one Indiana governor, a United States congressman,
and four presidents of the Indiana State Bar Association.
