Adrian S. Allen

Of Counsel, Indianapolis

Adrian represents clients in various aspects of commercial litigation ranging from the representation of a Fortune 500 company in a multi-million dollar construction dispute to protecting the rights of local firms to payment for their services. He has extensive experience with respect to construction litigation, insurance coverage litigation, creditor's rights litigation and litigation involving aspects of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Drawing upon his litigation experience, Adrian uses the lessons learned to better counsel clients in negotiating construction and sales contracts. In both his litigation and contract work, Adrian seeks to deliver cost effective and value added service to his clients whether the particular matter requires resolution on the merits or informal negotiation.

While at Indiana University School of Law, Adrian was a Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal from 2001-2001 during which time he published an article, "Weiland v. Telectronics Pacing Systems, Inc.: Illinois Reexamines Medical Device Preemption.”

Adrian was born in Londonderry, Northern Ireland and holds dual American and British citizenship.
