James F. Olds

Associate, Lafayette

For business and real estate clients who need help solving problems, managing risk, and planning success, Jim provides competent, timely, and ethical advice.

"Knowing that clients trust me to provide selfless advice is what makes my job challenging yet gratifying at the same time," says Jim.

Whether he's counseling, advocating, or litigating, Jim knows it is his job to put clients first. He starts by effectively listening to clients then working with them to find creative and efficient solutions.

"I provide value by seeing the entire picture and anticipating issues and opportunities that may not be apparent on the surface."

Jim played baseball for the University of Cincinnati while earning his bachelor's degree in finance and real estate. He also earned his law degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, with the help of a Glenn D. Peters Scholarship for academic excellence.

Jim is glad to be back in his home town of Lafayette, Indiana, where he also serves the local community as a Lafayette Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors member and by participating in the Greater Lafayette Commerce Golf Outing Committee.

“…clients trust me to provide selfless advice…”
