John M. Stuckey

John Stuckey takes a caring and practical approach to solving the problems of his clients. He primarily represents project owners or design professionals. In each matter, John strives to successfully represent the client and protect their interests while still finding a resolution to the underlying problem or dispute.

"I really do care," says John. "I care about getting the best possible result for the client, doing things well and doing them the right way."

John thinks every lawyer, and prospective lawyer, should learn to write well. "Once your thoughts are organized on paper, you can express, explain, and expound in many ways."

In his free time, John stays involved with his wife and kids and supports their interests and activities.

"I've learned a lot about myself by watching my children."
