Shannon Middleton, from Stuart & Branigin's Indianapolis office, enjoys serving the diverse needs of businesses and banks. She also practices real estate law, intellectual property law, and railroad litigation.

"I love the challenge of investigating difficult problems and issues," says Shannon who has assisted in closing numerous, complex commercial loan transactions as well as asset and stock sales and purchases with multi-million dollar values.

Shannon also became a proficient researcher and writer when she was the Executive Notes Editor for the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review.

"I not only wrote my own Note about the Taliban's treatment of women in Afghanistan," says Shannon, "but I edited articles of all the second year members, which really honed my legal writing and editing skills."

In the community, Shannon makes a difference in the lives of children through her church and charities. She also has encouraged aspiring entrepreneurs by giving presentations through the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce.
