For more than three decades, Bill Emerick has vigorously represented his clients, building a solid reputation as a trial attorney who provides personal attention and compassionate service. Prior to entering private practice, Bill served as a deputy prosecutor in Tippecanoe County from 1978-1981 and was chief deputy prosecutor for one of those years. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants and tried civil and criminal cases, Bill has a unique perspective and brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to his courtroom advocacy.

Bill focuses his practice on personal injury cases, representing individuals who have been seriously injured, as well as the estates of those who have died as the result of another's negligence. Bill is passionate about the practice of law and values the ability to champion the interests of people who need legal help.

Bill is an active member of the local and state bar associations, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Bill is a member fellow of the Roscoe Pond Institute and a master fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation. He was awarded the Indiana Bar Foundation's President's Award in 2000. Bill has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's top, AV® peer-review rating.
