The attorneys in Stuart & Branigin's Finance and Banking practice group have served for generations as trusted legal counsel and business advisors to financial institutions in Indiana and beyond. We know the law and business of commercial banking and insurance companies and we have the in-depth experience needed to achieve clients' goals.
Institutional clients include commercial banks, credit unions, insurance companies, and other lenders. We also assist borrowers in structuring and obtaining financing to meet their capital needs; in negotiating loans from banks, insurance companies, and other lending institutions; and in obtaining taxable and tax-exempt bond financing where appropriate. We routinely advise clients in developing financing structures, negotiating loan terms, and drafting loan documents in commercial loan transactions.
