Pennell Elected to Association of Defense Trial Attorneys Executive Council

Lafayette, Indiana – April 21, 2008 – Partner Stephen Pennell has been elected to a three-year term on the executive council of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. The ADTA is an exclusive professional development and referral organization of approximately 600 defense attorneys in the United States.

Pennell, a graduate of Indiana University School of Law, is a longtime ADTA member as well as a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel. He is also former Litigation chair of the Indiana State Bar Association, past president of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, former Indiana representative of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and a recipient of the DRI Fred H. Sievert Award.

Pennell has been recognized as among The Best of the U.S. and as an Indiana Super Lawyer. His practice focuses on litigation, insurance law, and product liability.
