Stuckey Presents at Legal Seminar

Lafayette, Indiana – February 7, 2008 - John M. Stuckey, a partner in the Indianapolis office of Stuart & Branigin LLP, was among the faculty who presented an Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) seminar on Covenants Not To Compete. The seminar covered advanced topics such as drafting considerations, collateral issues affecting enforcement and litigation aspects.

Mr. Stuckey has been practicing law since 1989 and regularly provides legal services in the areas of design, construction and employment litigation. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association and Defense Research Institute and presently serves on the Legislative & Public Policy Committee of the Construction & Surety Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.
