NICOSON ELECTED TO STATE BAR POST

Lafayette, Indiana -- February, 2003 -- Kevin D. Nicoson, partner in Lafayette’s Stuart &  Branigin law firm, is currently serving a term as chair-elect of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Section.

A 1985 graduate of Indiana University who earned his IU law degree magna cum laude in 1988, Mr. Nicoson focuses upon providing legal services in the areas of  banking, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and business transactions.

His local volunteer service has included a past board post for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Wabash Valley, and he is currently a board member of the Southwestern/Mintonye Summer Recreation Program, Inc.
