DUFFEY APPOINTED TO RAILROAD TRIAL COUNSEL POST

Lafayette, Indiana -- February, 2003 -- John Duffey, partner in Lafayette’s Stuart &  Branigin law firm, has been appointed vice president of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel for its central region.

A 1978 graduate of Franklin College who earned his law degree in 1982 from Georgetown University, Duffey’s law practice includes railroad and other commercial and employment litigation. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. 

Founded in the 1950s and headquartered in Pacific Palisades, Calif., the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel serves as a support, resource and continuing education center for rail carriers and their counsel. Its current membership is about 1,000 nationwide.
