STUCKEY TO PRESENT AT WATER, MOLD SEMINAR

Lafayette, Indiana -- March, 2003 -- John Stuckey, partner in Lafayette’s Stuart &  Branigin law firm, is presenting at the “Solving Water Intrusion and Mold Problems in Indiana” seminar at West Lafayette’s University Inn Conference Center & Suites on Friday, April 25.

His portion of the seminar will include discussion of personal injury, property damage and economic claims, as well as issues relating to indemnity and insurance coverage.  Other speakers are Lila C. Albin, Purdue University; Leslie Reed, Reed Environmental; and Jeff Rogers, Clean Air Management.

The seminar is intended for attorneys, contractors, developers, architects, engineers, property owners, insurance professionals, real estate agents and others interested in water and mold problems.
