LOCKE ATTENDS RAILROAD LITIGATION SEMINAR
Lafayette, Indiana – June 2, 2003 – David Locke, partner in
Lafayette’s Stuart & Branigin law firm, recently attended a
three-day railroad litigation seminar in Peachtree City, Ga. The seminar
was sponsored by Rail Sciences, Inc., a leading independent consulting
firm that specializes in the analysis and cause determination of railroad
accidents and derailments. Locke was one of just 20 attorneys from eleven
states who attended the seminar, which focused on forensic, evidentiary,
and technical aspects of railroad litigation.
A 1992 graduate of Butler University who obtained his law degree from
Indiana University School of Law–Bloomington in 1995, Locke’s practice
includes civil litigation and appellate work.
