LOCKE PRESENTS PAPER AT RAILROAD CONFERENCE

Lafayette, Indiana – July 2, 2003 – David Locke, partner in Lafayette’s Stuart & Branigin law firm, recently presented a paper on obstructed view claims in grade crossing accident litigation at the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel’s meeting in Charleston, S.C. Locke was one of just nineteen speakers invited to address over one hundred attorneys from twenty-four states at the conference.

Founded in the 1950s and headquartered in Pacific Palisades, Calif., the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel serves as a support, resource, and continuing education center for rail carriers and their counsel.

A 1992 graduate of Butler University who obtained his law degree from Indiana University School of Law–Bloomington in 1995, Locke’s practice includes civil litigation and appellate work.
