Duffey and Klingerman Present Program at the Southeastern Claims Association

Lafayette, Indiana – July, 2003 – John Duffey and Trent Klingerman of Stuart & Branigin law firm were invited to present a program at the annual meeting of the 78th Southeastern Claims Association held at Baltimore, Maryland. Duffey and Klingerman were two of the eleven speakers at the three-day event. Professionals from various parts of the United States attended the conference. The Southeastern Claims Association was founded in 1925 to provide a means for claims professional, their counsel, and associated vendors to meet and discuss the various claim issues within the industries. The Association is comprised of utility companies, railroads, and is currently considering opening membership to any self-insured organization in the country.
