Orr Presents at Legal Seminar

Lafayette, Indiana – October, 2003 – Karen Orr, partner in Lafayette’s Stuart & Branigin law firm, presented a session on legal matters pertaining to boards of directors at the September 10 Advanced Corporate Practice seminar in Indianapolis. Her program in the Masters Series hosted by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation covered board conflicts, the attorney as board member and CEO/board matters.

A 1989 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law, Orr regularly advises clients regarding business transactions, health care and education. Her local volunteer activities include serving on the personnel committee of the Tippecanoe Community Health Clinic.
