Orr to Speak at Legal Seminar

Lafayette, Indiana – November, 2003 – Karen Orr, partner in Lafayette’s Stuart & Branigin law firm, will be on the faculty for a November 11 seminar in Indianapolis hosted by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation.

The seminar is titled, “Taking the Mystery Out of Financial Statements.” Orr, as an instructor, will present information regarding legal ethics for attorneys serving as directors or officers, a timely topic in today’s corporate climate.

A 1989 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law, Orr specializes in business transactions, health care and education. Her local volunteer activities include serving on the personnel committee of the Tippecanoe Community Health Clinic.
