Loftus Appointed Representative to the District IV Panel
Lafayette, Indiana – January, 2004 – Barry L. Loftus, partner in Lafayette’s Stuart & Branigin law firm, has been appointed as Tippecanoe County’s representative on the District IV Committee of the Indiana Pro Bono Commission. The commission oversees funding for free legal services through programs administered by 14 district committees statewide. The District IV committee is chaired by Montgomery Superior Judge David Ault and serves Tippecanoe, Benton, Montgomery, Fountain, Warren, White, Carroll and Clinton counties.
