Locke Appointed to State Bar Association’s Appellate Council

Lafayette, Indiana – April, 2004 – David Locke, partner in Lafayette’s Stuart & Branigin law firm, has been appointed to serve on the Appellate Council of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section. Mr. Locke will represent the Indiana Court of Appeals’ Third District on the 11-member council until 2005.

A 1992 graduate of Butler University, Mr. Locke obtained his law degree in 1995 from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington and practices in the areas of railroad litigation and appellate work.
