Stuckey Named to Executive Council of State Bar Section
Lafayette, Indiana – August, 2004 – John M. Stuckey, partner in the law
firm of Stuart & Branigin, has been appointed to the Executive Council of
the Indiana State Bar Association’s Construction and Surety Law Section.
The Section was formed for the purpose of providing leadership, education
and communication to its members and members of the construction industry
about developments in the law and their importance to the construction
industry.
A 1986 graduate
of Purdue University, he earned his law degree from the College of William
and Mary in 1989, Mr. Stuckey focuses on providing legal services in the
areas of design, construction and employment litigation.
